Know what’s happening with your repair

You’ve reported the problem. You still need to know who’s acting, what they need from you, and whether a visit is actually confirmed.

“Do I need to stay home for this?”

You should be able to get on with your day, knowing your repair has been heard and what happens next.

Open your repair link, or sign in to your tenant account.

Your property team connects your contact details to your home. Use the link they send or sign in to see your own requests. You can also reply to maintenance texts when that channel is available.

Use the contact details your property team has for you. Your tenant account shows the homes and requests connected to you.

Outcome
Case closed after confirmation and checks

If someone says it’s done and it still leaks, say so

You can report that it is still not fixed and explain what you see. Your answer stays separate from the provider’s completion report. A disagreement needs review; a provider saying “done” does not become your confirmation.

Getting everyone started is part of the work.

We help your property team get the tenant contact details and entry path ready. Ask your property manager for access if you have not received a link or your home does not appear.
